Riding Lessons
Learn to ride with understanding
At Cavall al Centre, riding is about much more than simply learning techniques.
We believe good riding begins with understanding the horse, developing body awareness, and building a harmonious partnership.
Our lessons are inspired by the principles of classical dressage while placing an even stronger focus on biomechanics, balance, and healthy movement.
We do not teach one fixed riding system. Instead, we help every rider understand how horses move, learn, and develop so that training becomes healthier, lighter, and more enjoyable for both horse and rider -- always in a supportive and positive environment.
For kids (and of course every age), riding should always be fun and enjoyable. Here, they can learn how to connect with horses, while building confidence, trust, and understanding.

Training with Your Own Horse
We work with horse and rider as a team, either at Cavall al Centre or at your own stable.
Whether you want to improve riding skills, solve training challenges, or better understand your horse’s movement, we offer individual support tailored to your goals.
In-Hand Work & Groundwork
Not all training happens in the saddle.
Through in-hand work and groundwork exercises, we help horses build strength, improve movement, and develop better balance and coordination. It also helps the rider building trust, and more understanding for movments.
This is ideal for every horse.
Our Approach
Every rider learns differently, and every horse is unique.
At Cavall al Centre, riding is about much more than simply learning techniques. We combine practical riding, theory, and horse knowledge to help riders better understand movement, communication, and healthy training. Every child, teen, and adult learns differently, which is why we adapt our teaching to each individual.
